With a deep-rooted passion for hospitality, Enrico Livanos has been immersed in the restaurant world since a young age. He began his formal training at Syracuse University’s Hospitality School, followed by advanced studies at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. Enrico's early career was shaped by experiences in renowned establishments, including Bedford Post Inn and Eleven Madison Park, where he honed his skills in service and culinary excellence. Now, as a key figure in the Livanos family business, he oversees operations at both Molyvos and Moderne Barn, ensuring seamless service and exceptional dining experiences. His role reflects both his dedication to the industry and his commitment to advancing the legacy of these celebrated restaurants.
